Raclette

Whenever it's winter, I look forward to having raclette at home. The hot potatoes and melted cheese warm you up.
The Wine Pairing
Cabernet Sauvignon, Robert Mondavi Reserve, 2001
Full of flavor! Paired nicely with the cheese and the meats.

Raclette Machine
We've had this since the early 90s. A great gadget for the kitchen.

Raclette Cheese
Emmentaler. A nice Swiss cheese that melted well. It's not overly oily, and it has a smooth taste.

Pickles
For a contrast in taste and texture.

Meats
Prosciutto and Jamon Serrano. I always prefer Jamon because it has a deeper taste.

Fingerling Potatoes
