The night before dinner consisted of sashimi and zaru soba. For lunch, I made use of the leftover sashimi.
Hamachi Ceviche
Baked Scallops with Soba Noodles
The scallops sat in an orange juice/white wine marinade, while the noodles were tossed in a miso and soy sauce dressing.
