This place is marketed as the only pho place on the strip. It could also be the cleanest in Vegas, except for the smoke and casino smells that surround the restaurant.

Hoisin Sauce and Sriracha. This enhances the flavor of pho.
Garnish
Fresh bean sprouts, basil, jalapenos, and limes. All for additional fresh flavors and textures.
Beef Pho
Strips of Brisket. This was tasty, but because of the beef strips I was looking for tripe and tendon as well.
