Celebrating my dad's birthday!

For my dad's birthday, my family went to Raku in Las Vegas. This Japanese Robatayaki is located off the strip on Spring Mountain, where there are a lot of Asian eateries. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the presentation and service was excellent.
The Menu

The Inside

Sea Urchin and Seaweed with Soup
This was a great start! I love uni, and this particular uni was nice and fresh. The delicate flavors screamed umami.

Homemade Agedashi Tofu
The tofu was delicious and fresh. It was lightly fried on the outside. The broth was more intense than other restaurants. A great order.
