First Way

With Inaniwa Udon Noodles. My parents got these from Hong Kong. They are Japanese udon noodles, but thinner. The taste is delicate and it's nice and chewy.

i think those are called somen. you can find them in the states..

They were actually thicken than somen and thinner than traditional udon, but the package still called it udon. http://www.sato-yoske.co.jp
