Reasons why I love my mom

What does your mom put into your paella? It looks like a rainbow of flavors!

This particular paella is topped with red bell peppers, mushrooms, peas, and shaved yukon potatoes.

She mixes up the toppings every time. Scallops and chorizo. Grilled chicken wings and crab legs. It's amazing every time.
