After dining in Seiji 3 times in 1 week, it's safe to say this restaurant (still in its soft opening) is definitely consistent and one of the better Japanese restaurants in Manila. I'd go here over the hotel Japanese restaurants any day. High quality execution with better prices.
My first visit emitted 2 huge "Wow!" moments... Ok, they weren't really "wow!"s but more like 4-letter words, as they were the only words to express how good the bites were. Foie gras chawanmushi and A4 Wagyu beef.. Yeah, seriously "*&@#!" Awesome.
This is totally going to be one of my regular restaurants, especially when I'm craving beef - and not just any beef, but melt-in-your-mouth beef.

Hi the restaurant isn't owned by Mr. Kamura
Ah, pardon the mistake. I believe it's a group of owners/investors, including his family, correct?
